I was watching a movie earlier this week and this quote by Louis XIV immediately caught my attention: “Impatience for victory only guarantees defeat!”
In other words, if you are too quick to implement a solution and close the sale before conducting a thorough Needs Analysis you are setting yourself up for failure. We have all heard the expression “Patience is a virtue.” Practicing patience in sales and customer service situations will increase your winning percentage.
