Culinary Dropout Expands Food and Beverage Options on The Joint Prix Fixe Menu, Available Concert Nights Starting at 5 p.m.

Edgy gastro pub unveils cocktails for upcoming Journey Residency, April 29 – May 16

Las Vegas – Culinary Dropout, the rebel child gastro pub by Sam Fox, is adding new food and beverage options to its prix fixe menu available before all shows at The Joint, the state-of-the-art concert venue inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Starting at 5 p.m. on concert nights, the famed gastro pub will offer a $25 two-course menu for attendees to kick-start the night before heading to The Joint. Upcoming entertainment options at the venue include a nine-show residency with legendary American rock band, Journey (April 29 – May 16), Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds with special guest Rusty Maples (May 22), Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo with special guest Connor Kennedy & Minstel (May 28) and more.

In addition to The Joint menu, Culinary Dropout will unveil a collection of specialty cocktails available during the upcoming Journey residency April 29 through May 16. Inspired by the band’s hit songs, guests can indulge in sweet libations such as Don’t Stop Believin’, mixing Belvedere Vodka, grapefruit, cranberry and lemon; Lovin’ Touchin’ Squeezin’, made with Stolichnaya Vodka, strawberry, lemon and Shock Top “Belgian White;” Stone in Love, combining Jameson Irish Whiskey, Guinness reduction and mint, and more. Cocktails are priced at $10 (reg. $12).
