Jeffrey Garetano Named New DMP Dealer Development Manager for Florida

Springfield, MO - October 5, 2015 - Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Jeffrey Garetano as Dealer Development Manager for the Florida Region. He will be responsible for developing new sales and providing on-going service to DMP-authorized dealers throughout the region, helping them to grow their businesses.

“Jeffrey has been around sales and business development for most of his professional career, with most of that experience in the security industry,” said Jim Hawthorne, DMP Director of Sales, East. “Both as a sales executive and a sales manager, he has firsthand knowledge with finding new accounts and building sales with existing customers. There’s no doubt he will be able to put those skills and experience to good use as he supports the members of the DMP authorized dealer network in Florida.”

Prior to joining DMP, Garetano was Business Development Manager at Graybar, where he was responsible for creating growth in existing accounts and building new business for offices in western Florida. Before that, he was a Sales Executive for Custom Cable Industries, where he again had responsibility for building business with both new and existing customers.

Garetano has a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from The Art Institutes™ (New York). He also attended the Criminal Justice Academy at Withlacoochee Technical Institute and earned FDLE Certification as a Law Enforcement Officer.
