DigitasLBi Receives Perfect Score on the Human Rights Campaign's 2014 Corporate Equality Index for Second Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, NY – DigitasLBi, a global marketing and technology agency, has received a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) 2014 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. The HRC is America’s largest civil rights organization, working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.  This is the second consecutive year the DigitasLBi has been honored with a perfect rating.

A total of 934 businesses were rated in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. Publicis Groupe sister agencies Razorfish, Starcom MediaVest Group, and Leo Burnett also received ratings of 100%.

This award comes on the heels of a number of other announcements and recognitions for the agency. DigitasLBi recently announced the elevation of Erin Quill Keough to Chief Talent Officer, North America, leading all human resources operations and culture initiatives. In addition, the NY State Society for Human Resource Management named DigitasLBi to the “Best Places to Work in New York State” list. Nationwide, the agency has received over 30 “Best Places to Work” awards in the last three years.
