CONFESSIONS OF A BARTENDER delivers a comedic look at everyday scenarios from Texiera’s viewpoint behind the bar. With unruly, drunk, and disgruntled customers, Texiera shares her hilarious insider’s take on this alcohol-induced crazy world. From customers who don’t tip to jealous girlfriends to the latest ‘hook-ups’, Texiera keeps a smile on her face through all the atrocities taking place in front of (and on top of) her bar.
Each 2-3 minute episode delivers exactly what fans have come to adore about the show, Texiera’s point-of-view through the use of jump cuts, flashbacks, comedic characters, her ‘confessional’ and even a little song and dance. Texiera also recruited some friends to appear in the new episodes including: Producer/Actor Peter Marr (My Celebrity Home), Angelina Spicer (Conan), Jim Klock (Scream Queens), Michael Buonomo (NCIS), and Award-Winning Composer/Producer Ryan Demaree (Fuel, The Big Fix) who wrote BARTENDER's Original Song: Bar Etiquette.
Under her CrazyChic Productions banner, Texiera’s two previous installments, CONFESSIONS OF A BRIDE-TO-BE and CONFESSIONS OF A BITTER(SWEET) ACTRESS, have garnered not only tons of fans online, but also critical acclaim and a 2014 Independent Television Award Nomination for Best Web Comedy.
This talented actress also continues to entertain millions of fans starring in the recurring role ‘Katy Hart’ on Disney’s wildly-popular comedy series, Girl Meets World. On November 6th, Texiera returns for the episode titled “Girl Meets the Forgiveness Project,” which reveals when the class is presented with the forgiveness project, Katy’s daughter Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) has to decide whether or not to forgive her absent father.
A New York native, Texiera has built a solid resume and reputation since becoming a bicoastal talent. Her credits also include guest-starring appearances on Raising Hope, Mike & Molly, The Mentalist, Parks & Rec, and many more.
Up next, the dark comedy screenplay, Bachelorette Weekend, in which Texiera co-wrote and sold to Raging Bull Entertainment, is currently in pre-production and set to start filming in early 2016; and a fourth Confessions series is already underway...of course.
