Loft Chair Takes Home Product Design Award In 12th Annual Hospitality Design Awards
Atlanta, GA [June 28, 2016] – Sandler Seating, a high-quality furniture company specializing in European designs, announced today that the company recently received several prestigious design awards and accolades from two highly regarded interior design product award programs.
Sandler Seating captured a prestigious Interior Design HIP (Honoring Industry People and Products) Award at NeoCon®. Held annually in Chicago, NeoCon is the largest trade show for interior design professionals in North America. For the third consecutive year, InteriorDesign Magazine, the industry-leading media brand for design professionals worldwide, conducted the HIP Awards to recognize leading individuals in the design industry as well as their product solutions. Winners were selected by popular vote online. According to Interior Design Magazine, more than 15,000 people voted in the competition. Sandler’s Up Lounge captured top HIP honor in the Workplace Seating Lounge category. The company also received HIP honoree awards for Rose in Hospitality Lounge Seating, Garbo in Hospitality Seating, and Riverside by Mac Stopa in Outdoor Seating.
Earlier this month, Sandler Seating was the winner of a product design award in seating for Loft in the 12th annual Hospitality Design (HD) Awards. The HD Awards honor some of the best achievements—in both project and product categories—in hospitality design around the globe. Nearly 540 project submissions were submitted across 20 categories, including Luxury/Upscale Hotel, Sustainable Project, Lifestyle Hotel, and Casual Restaurant. In the products section of the awards more than 300 products were submitted in 11 categories, including Flooring, Casegoods + Furniture, and Bath.
