SEVEN EVENTS SOLD OUT IN FIVE DAYS - TICKETS FOR VEGAS UNCORK’D BY BON APPÉTIT SELLING FASTER THAN EVER

January 27, 2014 (Las Vegas) – Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit is off to a hot start with tickets selling at a record pace – seven events are already sold out within the first five days of tickets going sale. This year’s tickets are going 250% faster than last year’s with nearly 1,000 tickets already gone for the exciting weekend May 8-11.

Sold-out events include Joël Robuchon Cooking & Wine Demo, which sold out in 90 minutes; Pastry Savvy with François Payard; Sip, Slurp, Roll: Sushi Making, Sake Tasting & Ramen with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa; Experience Hakkasan: A Progressive Evening From Restaurant to Club; Master Series Dinner: Dinnertime Decadence with Guy Savoy and Master Series Dinner: The Great American Steakhouse at Old Homestead.

Additional tickets have been released this week for the sold out Fire and Ice: A Flame Grilled Feast Over Cool Cocktails at Bellagio, as organizers are expanding the event’s capacity.

The Night Market: East Meets West, Thursday, May 8: Join top chefs from The Venetian such as Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, Buddy Valastro and Justin Quek, as well as the outstanding chefs from Singapore's Marina Bay Sands as they bring the true night market experience to you with an array of Asian-inspired dishes and drinks. 

Chef’s Counter: All Star Feast, Saturday, May 10: ARIA's innovative chefs, including Shawn McClain, Michael Mina, Julian Serrano and Masa Takayama, take over The Buffet at ARIA to put a gourmet spin on self-serve style. Savor a wealth of award-winning bites among the multiple stations.

The Perfect Pairing: Art & Wine, Friday, May 9: Soak up fine works of art while sipping an array of wine in this high-culture pairing from Bellagio’s Master Sommelier and Wine Director Jason Smith and Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art Executive Director Tarissa Tiberti. Light bites from the AAA Five Diamond Picasso will be served.

Michael Mina’s Poolside Pig Roast & Beer Garden, Friday, May 9: Michael Mina hosts a full-on outdoor shindig complete with succulent whole roasted pig, barbecue favorites, and a bevy of ice-cold beers. Chill outside to the sound of upbeat live music and savor special dishes from Michael Mina's PUB 1842 at MGM Grand.

Master Series Dinner: Rao’s Italian Feast with the Pellegrino Family, Thursday, May 8: Join the Pellegrino family, and Rao’s co-owner Ron Straci, at their famed restaurant to experience (in true Italian fashion) a multi-course extravaganza featuring Rao’s southern Neapolitan dishes served family-style. Tickets are also available to Little Italy From City to Strip: Italian Rao’s Brunch with the Pellegrinos on Sunday May 11.
