Culinary Dropout at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Brews Up A Good Time with Exclusive Craft Beer Pairing Dinner with Joseph James Brewery, May 8

Las Vegas – Culinary Dropout inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino invites beer enthusiasts for a five-course craft beer pairing dinner highlighting signature brews from Las Vegas’ Joseph James Brewery on Thursday, May 8 at 7 p.m.

Expertly paired with some of the edgy gastropub’s signature menu items from executive chef Erik Syhre, featured beers will include the Fox Tail, a gluten-free pale ale; Citra Rye, the brewery’s award-winning pale ale with lychee, gooseberry and passionfruit aromas; American Lager, a light and refreshing beer; and Double Red Imperial Stout, a rich and complex ale that features a blend of dark flavors and aromas. The Fox Tail will also make its debut on the Culinary Dropout menu as part of the restaurant’s seasonal update in May.

The prix fixe pairing menu includes:

Starter:Far’mani Sopressatta, pickled spring vegetables, peach mostarda and pretzel crouton paired with Joseph James Fox Tail.

First course: Artichoke hearts, truffled crescenza cheese, watercress with preserved lemon paired with Joseph James Citra Rye.

Second course: Beer battered fish & chips with a side of coleslaw and tartar sauce paired with Joseph James American Lager.

Third course: 36-Hour Pork Ribs, jalapeño, molasses and corn bread paired with Joseph James Double Red Imperial Stout.

Dessert: Vanilla bean ice cream paired with Joseph James All Natural Root Beer.

Following dinner, guests are invited out on the restaurant’s spacious patio overlooking the hotel’s pool to hang by the fire pits and enjoy open games. Pricing is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling (702) 522-8100.
