Integrated Marketing Firm Lands Awards in Multiple Business-to-Business Categories
ATLANTA – Feb. 4, 2015 – Arketi Group, a high-tech BtoB public relations and digital marketing firm, was recognized for its exceptional work in BtoB PR and marketing, earning four awards at the 2014 PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards Celebration.
The Phoenix Awards is a competition designed by the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) to recognize projects and programs that demonstrate excellence in the public relations profession in Georgia. With nearly 900 members, PRSA Georgia is the second largest PRSA chapter in the U.S.

Phoenix Award for Research/Evaluation for Arketi’s thought-leadership research campaign for PMG (http://www.pmg.net/), a provider of business process automation software. To capture industry mind-share, Arketi orchestrated a research program on catalog sprawl that included literature review, fielding a survey and interpreting the findings. The research exceeded objectives with 236 survey completions by IT leaders, yielding more than 15 key data points, nearly 120 downloads of the survey report and 326,226 media impressions. Key placements include CIO Insight, IT Business Edge and ZDNet.
Phoenix Award for Websites - External for Aptean, a provider of enterprise software solutions, which engaged Arketi to redesign and launch the company’s website (http://www.aptean.com/). Aptean needed a streamlined site that allows users to customize the content based on their industry. This was achieved through a product rationalization that identified key products – from a pool of 29 – and focused the company on five key industries. Total traffic to the new site increased year-over-year by +36.62 percent with organic traffic saw growing +52.58 percent and unique visitors increasing by +50.04 percent.
Award of Excellence for Integrated Communications - Business to Business for Arketi’s integrated communications plan with Aptean. The team executed an integrated marketing campaign aimed at Aptean’s more than 5,000 customers and net-new prospects. The plan included a new website, comprehensive search marketing, multi-vertical public relations efforts, and ongoing demand generation and lead nurturing activities. Spanning nine months and including more than nine major initiatives, the Arketi-Aptean team created a $21 million sales pipeline directly attributed to marketing efforts. To accomplish this goal the team increased website traffic, improved search rankings, earned 32 key media placements and developed a proven lead-driving demand generation campaign model.
Award of Excellence for Direct Mail/Direct Response for Arketi’s demand generation campaign for Aptean. The multi-touch demand generation campaign supported Aptean Respond, an enterprise complaint management solution. The campaign included a series of email touches, education content, a webinar, an interactive calculator and focused media relations. The effort generated 837 leads, which has led to six sales opportunities having revenue potential that will generate a campaign return on investment of more than 820 percent.
