CHINESE FRIED RICE IN RICE COOKER

This popular chinese fried rice is prepared with garlic paste and lemon juice

PREPARATION TIME – 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME – 1 HOUR
SERVED AS – 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENT

 Fine Dehradun rice 3 and ½ cups
 Ginger paste 2 tbsp
 Dice cut carrot 1 large
 Chopped French beans ½ cup
 Cauliflower florets ½ cup
 Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
 Julian cut ginger ½ tbsp
 Green chili strips ½ cups
 Lemon juice ½ cup
 Soy sauce 2 and ½ tbsp
 Salt to taste
 Sugar 1 tbsp
 Refine oil ½ cup 
 Water 6 cups (same measurement cup should beused for rice and water)


PROCESS

 In a rice cooker, heat oil, add ginger paste And cover the cooker for 2 minutes
 Add ginger , garlic and chili strips, cover for 2 minutes, so the flavor goes in the oil
 Add all vegetables serially, and salt and stir well, cover for 5 minutes
 Add rice and lemon juice, soy sauce
 Add salt if required, add sugar
 Add water, cover the cooker, it will take 1 hour to ready
