The new Pronghorn is constructed on Danner’s lightweight TERRA FORCE® platform, delivering a stable, yet athletic base underfoot. A modified design features a lower profile, true 8-inch height and reduced leather content in areas that improve the flexibility and comfort when putting in long days in the field. The boot was built with a last similar to the original Pronghorn, yet the new version has a wider toe box for a truer anatomical fit and ample room for toes providing added comfort. A more streamlined design delivers legendary Pronghorn performance in a boot 10 percent lighter than before.

The upper features a durable full-grain CamoHide™ leather with rugged lightweight 1000 Denier nylon. A leather toe and heel cap provides added protection in high-wear areas and 100 percent waterproof breathable GORE-TEX® lines the boot. The new Danner Pronghorn® outsole houses an alpine-driven design, with more lugs and a broader outer-lug pattern. The design is conducive to most any terrain, rendering it the most versatile Pronghorn outsole to date. MSRP ranges from $169.95 - $219.95.

“We’ve fielded more than a million pairs of the Pronghorn boot over the last decade,” said Ryan Cade, Product Line Manager for Danner Hunt. “After tapping into all of the great things that have made this boot successful over time and grouping these features into the new model, the combination of comfort, durability and versatility should make this Pronghorn appealing to a lot of guys who spend ample time in the field.
