South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa Restaurants Celebrate Independence Day with Holiday-Inspired Menus

LAS VEGAS – South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa extends the fourth of July holiday with specialty menus on Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5 at the Garden Buffet and Coronado Café. Guests will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of traditional holiday dishes to flavorful alternatives while enjoying time with friends and family.

The Coronado Café will serve holiday specials from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., including B.B.Q. Platter ($8.95), half slab of Baby Back Ribs, B.B.Q. chicken and hickory smoked brisket of beef, corn on the cob, Boston baked beans and potato salad; The All American Burger ($9.95), featuring a New York Kaiser roll topped with Nebraska ground beef, Carolina B.B.Q. pulled pork, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, southern style onion strings, California lettuce and tomatoes with a side of  Creole cole slaw or Idaho potato wedges; and Red, White & Blueberry Truffle ($3.95), pound cake loaded with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream.

The Garden Buffet will feature a special Independence Day Brunch for $14.95 with a Club Card or $17.95 without a Club Card from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to the unlimited Bloody Mary’s, the buffet will offer brunch favorites such as Eggs Benedict, Pancakes, French Toast, Lox and Bagels and Steak and Eggs.  In addition, a la carte options included dishes such as Ponderosa Smoked Salmon, Hickory Smoked Pork Ribs, Pork Cutlets, Florida Seafood Casserole, Louisiana Gumbo, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Chicken Fajitas, Bread Pudding and more.

Additionally, the Garden Buffet will serve an Independence Day Dinner Buffet for $17.95 with a Club Card or $24.95 without a Club Card from 4 to 9 p.m. The holiday buffet offers an assortment of a la carte options including Oysters, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Chilled Crab Legs, Sushi and Nigiri Rolls, Steamed Clams, Baked Clams, Swai in Lemon Butter Sauce, Seafood Creole, White Bean Chili, Tennessee Bourbon Glazed Pork Loin, Southern Style Fried Chicken, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to taste Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Maple Glazed Roast Salmon and Ponderosa Smoked Salmon at the carving station. Guests looking to satisfy that sweet tooth can fill up on the desert station with items including but not limited to Deep Dish Apple Pie and Gelato.

Regular menus will also be available at Coronado Café on Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5. All guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid form of ID to receive unlimited Bloody Mary’s.
