Siegel’s 1941 opened its doors back in June 2015 in former location of Las Vegas favorite, The Flame. Playing off of the restaurant’s 24-hour “Morning, Noon and Night” menu, El Cortez guests can enjoy a savory prime rib dinner, featuring seasonal vegetables and baked potato from dusk-to-dawn.
