Coastal Federal Credit Union announced that Tami Langton has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In that role, she will oversee all of Coastal’s finance, accounting, asset-liability, investment and corporate reporting functions.

In that role, she managed Coastal’s search for and conversion to a new core processor, an extensive, two-year undertaking that saw the credit union implement several new member-facing and back office systems. Prior to Coastal, she held positions at the University of Wisconsin Credit Union and Williams Young, LLC.
In 2013, Credit Union Times included her among the industry’s Women to Watch, an honor recognizing influential, forward-thinking women who are reshaping the future of the credit union community.
Langton earned Bachelor of Science degrees in mathematics and business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1996.
