Dispatch: One arrested for DUI; Man accused of watching children at playground

Here is today's recap of law enforcement activity from across Park County. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: None on Thursday. Calls: At 6:47 a.m. on Thursday, a caller on Big Horn Ave. complained about a parked truck with a for sale sign on it that was blocking views of on-coming traffic. At 11:47 a.m., a caller at a store on Big Horn Avenue reported that a suspicious person came in and bought a 14.1-ounce gas cylinder and syringes. The subject reportedly paid cash and wouldn't look at the caller. The vehicle the person was in had no visible plates. At 4:22 p.m., a caller at Jubys Trailer Court reported that there was a suspicious man sitting near a playground and watching children. The caller told the man she was calling police, and he left. *Powell Police Department* At 11:04 a.m., a caller in the Powell area reported that hey were being harassed by someone. The harassment is under investigation. At 1:44 p.m., police were called to the area of East Seventh for a report of underage smokers. PPD reports that one juvenile was issued a citation for a tobacco violation. Police are investigating a report of a trespasser at a location on Avenue E at 5:15 p.m. At 6:20 p.m., a caller on South Evarts Street reported that there was a vehicle parked backwards on the sidewalk. Police made contact with the driver and everything was determined to be fine. *Park County Sheriff's Office* The Sheriff's Office reports one new inmate at the detention center. Brea Fischer, 22, was arrested by CPD at 12:29 a.m. on Friday for Driving Under the Influence. #reboot
