Dispatch: 2 DUI arrests; Report of a naked man running through alley

Here is the weekend's recap of law enforcement activity from across Park County. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: Brea Fischer, Cody, 22 was arrested for DUI on November 13, 2015. 1st Offense within 10 Yrs. Nathan Kittle, Cody, 27, was arrested for Warrant on November 15, 2015. 11/14/15 Edgar Hume Jr, Cody, 21, was arrested for Warrant on November 14, 2015. 11/14/15 Charles Graves, Cody, 57, Arrested for Violation of Protection Order on November 14, 2015. Rebecca Varian, Cody, 33, Arrested for DUI on November 14, 2015. Total 911 calls – 3 *November 13, 2015 Calls:* At 2:19 p.m. a caller on C St. reported that a white & brown pitbull mix charged her as she was leaving her home. A citation was issued. At 2:43 p.m. on Gulch St. a caller reported 3 cows and 2 calves (all black) on his/her property. Assistance was given. At 2:44 p.m. at the Senior Center on 16th Street, caller reported seeing a male vs female or male disturbance in a vehicle. Caller reports seeing the driver strike passenger. Vehicle is an older grey brown-car 4 door. Unable to locate. At 2:56 p.m. a caller on River View Dr. reported that she is receiving calls from a male saying he is returning her call about the property she is selling. Caller said she is not selling any property and told the male to quit calling but he has not. At 8:11 p.m. on Skyline Dr. suspicious activity was reported. Caller reports a sedan type vehicle, occupied by what the caller thinks is teenagers, has been driving around neighborhood stopping in front of residences and the moving on. They were last seen by new subdivision by Olive Glenn. Unable to Locate. *November 14, 2015 Calls:* At 12:24 a.m. on Meadow Lane a caller reported someone is ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door over and over. No description. This has happened about every fifteen minutes. Assistance was given. At 1:18 a.m. a caller on Meadow Lane Ave. advises there are people in the vacant field behind her house in Beck Lake Park. They have lights on. It may be vehicle lights or some type of flashlight. Assistance was given. At 7:36 a.m. on 29th St. a caller advises YBH has been coming into her apartment and stealing money and clothes from her. Assistance Given. At 8:04 a.m a motor vehicle crash occurred at Fast Eddy's Smokehouse. A Dodge Avenger vs. Dodge Ram 1500. Warning Issued. At 2:01 p.m. a theft occurred at Cody Country Printing on Bleistein Ave. Caller states that half of their sign has been ripped off and taken. At 5:14 p.m. a caller at Juby's Trailer Crt. on 19th Street reported loud music with very heavy bass at trailer across from her. Caller reports that this has been going on every weekend for the past several and it's really becoming annoying because she can hear it so clearly inside her house. Assistance Given. At 5:41 p.m. an out-of-town caller on Draw Street would like officers to check on her friend as she last spoke to her on 11/11 and unable to reach her since. Concerned as she said female overdosed on medications not that long ago. Assistance Given. At 6:14 p.m. a disturbance occurred at Proud Cut on Sheridan Ave. , Cody. Night manager, 2 males fighting in front of location. At 7:30 p.m. a motor vehicle crash occurred at Wal-Mart. Caller reported a fender bender in Walmart parking lot around 5pm this evening. He and other driver exchanged info - no damage to his pu, but some damage to other vehicle. Caller is unsure if this should actually be reported, but wants to view video. At 7:48 p.m. a Reddi Report occurred at 29th St/Sheridan Ave. Anon caller, older model white yukon, black male driver, swerving all over the road, no plate info. Unable to Locate. At 9:26 p.m. at Juby's Trailer Court on 19th Street a caller reported a dog barking nonstop for 3 hours - not sure where coming from but sounds like in the trailer park to the South. C23 took dog to shelter. Warning Issued. *November 15, 2015 Calls:* At 3:16 p.m. a caller at Burger King on Mountain View Dr. reported several small children were dropped off and are left alone at the restaurant. Unfounded. At 4:23 p.m. a stray animal was reported at Car Quest Motor Supply on Big Horn Ave. Caller found a black female (mini?) Schnauzer, no collar, RAL on BH Ave about an hour ago. Caller checked the area for an owner w/neg results and also posted info on FB, so will hang onto the dog for a while to see if anyone responds. Caller will call back if needs dog taken to shelter. At 10:01 p.m. a traffic stop occurred at Big Horn Ave. Cited for DUS (2nd Offense) and no proof insurance. Licensed driver has come to pick her and vehicle up. Citation Issued. *Powell Police Department * At 12:16 p.m a stray animal was reported. Caller reported a black lab/collie type dog running around the area, no collar or tags on. An officer responded and advised that the owner showed up at the shelter just as they arrived. The dog was released to the owner and they were issued a warning for dog running at large. Warning Issued. At 5:41 p.m. a caller reported a domestic disturbance. Officers responded. After investigation, Corteney Tervo, 42, of Thermopolis was arrested for criminal trespass and transported to the Park County Detention Center. At 7:16 p.m. a traffic stop occured on E Coulter Ave/Panther Blvd, Powell. A traffic stop was performed and after investigation -Jessica M Harris, 33, of Powell was arrested for DWUI and 2nd offense for a child restraint violation. She was transported to the Park County Detention Center. At 10:04 p.m. on N Evarts Street a caller reported a naked man running north down an alley. Officers responded and searched the area, but did not locate the subject. Gone On Arrival. #news #reboot #dispatch
