All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: Tiffany Mathews, Cody, 32, Arrested for Warrant, Total 911 calls – 1 At 7:42 a.m. a caller at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. has some questions about vehicles on the lot that need to removed. At 8:18 a.m. property damage occurred at Cody Motor Lodge on Sheridan Ave. Caller states that the below listed person through a rock and broke the RP driver side window. At 9:25 a.m. threats occurred at Driver’s License Bureau on Stampede Ave. Caller advised that male was just threatening the clerks at the above location. RP would like an officer to respond. Assistance Given. At 12:41 p.m. theft occurred at Beartooth Inn on Highway 14-16-20 E. Caller reporting the theft of narcotic medication. At 8:00 p.m. harassment occurred on Draw St. Caller says the below listed female will not stop texting and harassing him. Assistance Given. Powell Police Department At 2:32 p.m. a caller reported there is an Intoxicated Subject on E 2ND St. Received a report of an intoxicated male who would not leave the location even though he had been asked to several times. Officers responded and made contact with the male. Albert Cano, 54, of Denver, CO was arrested for Criminal Trespass and probation violation.
