All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: None at this time Total 911 calls – 2 At 5:16 a.m. Property Damage occurred at Albertsons Food & Drug. On the south side of the lot one of the dumpsters has been hit and knocked over. At 8:00 a.m. Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Albertsons Food & Drug. RP witnessed a hit and run. White sedan struck a blue sedan and then left the scene. Assistance Given. At 10:30 a.m. an iphone was found at Cody Motor Lodge on Sheridan Ave. RP advised a guest found a white iPhone in front of the motel. RP has it at the front desk. At 3:11 p.m. a Parking Problem occurred at West Park Hospital on Sheridan Ave. Caller states that the construction company working at the hospital is parking in all of the handicapped spaces. He told someone at the hospital and they said it shouldn't be happening. Just wanted us to be aware. Unable to Locate. At 4:04 p.m. threats occurred on Sheridan Ave. Crime Tip via the internet in regards to the caller's daughter being threatened if she doesn't join a cult. Informational. At 4:39 p.m. an evacuation of the pool occurred at Quad Center on Heart Mountain St. Pool area ventilation due to over-chlorination. Assistance Given. See last night's report.

At 5:22 p.m. Fraud Related activity occurred on N Cheyenne St. Received a
report of an online fraud. An officer responded and gave the RP some
options and information on how to better protect them from fraud. Completed.
At 6:00 p.m. Traffic Complaint Occurred at N Division St/W 6TH St. Received
a complaint that the RP was nearly t-boned at an intersection. Officers
responded and after locating the vehicle, Kendra Newman, 18, of Powell was
issued a citation for unlawful possession of drugs. See Case.
At 9:15 p.m. Suspicious Activity occurred on Kattenhorn Dr. , Powell.
Received information of a male in a black hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap
and jeans that had been pacing around in front of a residence in the street
and sidewalk. He had been yelling or arguing with either himself or with
someone on the phone. Officers responded, but were unable to locate the
