A significant winter storm with plenty of cold air and areas of strong wind will impact much of the area Wednesday through Thursday. Winter highlights have already been issued for some areas and these will likely expand over the next day or so. The heaviest snow and strongest winds will occur Wednesday night and early Thanksgiving Day. Snow will then slowly taper off Thursday night through Friday. Very cold air will settle in behind the snow. High temperatures may only struggle into the single digits on Thanksgiving Day with breezy Northeast winds keeping wind chills well below zero. #reboot #news
