All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: Ashten Snyder, Cody, 18, Arrested for Warrant Total 911 calls – 0 November 24, 2015 At 1:55 a.m. an officer initiated activity at Mentock Park. There was a vehicle in the park and the occupant was given a warning for being in park after hours. At 2:12 a.m. on 29th Street, a caller requested officers to check her apartment because she said that a bunch of people were in her apartment who set off her alarm clock and then left. Caller also said they stole something from her. The caller does not think she was dreaming. Assistance Given. At 7:58 a.m. at Cody Law Enforcement Center on River View Dr. an officer initiated activity for a bomb threat. Assistance Given. At 8:38 a.m. a caller at Engineering Associates on 13th St. reports that someone’s pet rabbit is running in the alley between 13th/14th St. He almost hit it. Unable to Locate. At 2:33 p.m. a caller at Rodeo West Exxon on Yellowstone Ave. reported that she lost 20 keys attached to a breast cancer awareness key ring. Informational. At 3:39 p.m. A caller at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. reported an underage driver - driving 2002 ford focus, dark green, no plates. Vehicle was parked by liquor store. Citation Issued. At 5:54 p.m. Suspicious Activity was reported at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. The callers are in the lobby to report three suspicious males that followed the female out of the store and into the lot. They proceeded to follow her as she put up the cart and then walked back to her vehicle. Assistance Given. #reboot #news #dispatch
