North wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable. Tonight: Patchy fog after 11pm. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 12. Wind chill values as low as zero. West wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Tuesday: Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 34. Wind chill values as low as -5. West wind 8 to 13 mph becoming light and variable in the afternoon. Tuesday night: Areas of fog after 11pm. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 15. Wind chill values as low as zero. Light west southwest wind increasing to 6 to 11 mph in the evening. Wednesday: Areas of fog before 11am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 39.
