All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Arrests: Harold Johnson, Cody, 53, Arrested for Probation & Parole Arrest & Hold Order Calls: 5 At 6:33 a.m. a caller on 20th St. would like to speak with an officer about an ongoing issue with her soon to be ex-husband. At 7:55 a.m. Motor Vehicle Crash occurred on Peake Ave. Caller had someone go through his chain link fence. At 8:02 a.m. an Auto Burglary occurred at Cody Electric on Central Ave. Caller advised vehicle was broken into and had tools removed. At 1:45 p.m. a theft occurred at Ups on Blackburn Ave. Caller had a credit card stolen from her business which was then used at the above location for a $600 purchase. Caller has already filed a report with the local SO. At 3:33 p.m. there was a parking problem occurred at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. Caller advised there's a red Ford Tuarus parked blocking the handicapped parking spaces. Gone On Arrival. At 6:37 p.m. threats occurred on Big Horn Ave. Caller's daughter was told by her boyfriend that his step-dad is threatening to kill his family. Unfounded. At 9:01 p.m. at Cody Area on Sheridan Ave/16th St. Caller has info on some tools that were stolen from a truck in the Lovell area. Assistance Given. *Powell Police Department* At 1:05 a.m. Welfare Check occurred on Avenue A. Received a request to check the welfare of a child. Officers responded and advised that the child was well taken care of and that everything was fine. Completed. At 7:41 a.m. a traffic stop occurred at W Coulter Ave/S Absaroka St. A traffic stop was performed and the driver was issued a warning for speeding in school zone.
