All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* Chelsea Hensley, Cody, 28, Arrested for Burglary - Simple Calls: 8 *Friday, December 4, 2015* At 8:02 a.m. a traffic stop occurred at 12th St/Sheridan Ave. Warned for speed in school zone going 34 in a 20. At 8:30 a.m. a Traffic Stop occurred at Wyoming Ave. Driver was warned for obstructed windshield. At 11:08 a.m. miscellaneous assistance occurred at Keele Sanitation on Pearson Ave. Caller States that Wednesday around 4pm the above vehicle was driving on the property listed above. Assistance Given. At 11:30 a.m. a caller at Jubys Trailer Crt on 19th St. reported that 2 pit bulls dog are running at large in the area of the above address. 1 Gray/white 1 Brown/white. Unable to Locate. At 1:39 p.m. a caller on Salsbury Ave. requested a phone call, she is not at this location. She needs to report several things about a client at this address. Assistance Given. At 3:19 p.m. a traffic complaint occurred at Wal-Mart. Caller reported that there is a gray Chevy Lumina with MT reg balance unknown - it has an expired plates. WB side of the lot ROW near the home and garden. Informational. At 10:45 p.m. suspicious activity was reported at Mentock Park on Blackburn Ave. Caller says there is a black SUV parked in the lot of the above location near the skate park. Same vehicle apparently ran 2 stop signs while the caller was following it earlier. Unable to Locate. *Saturday, December 5, 2015* At 1:47 a.m. a caller at the Silver Dollar Bar on Sheridan Ave. reported his vehicle was parked in lot in the back of the bar and now it's gone, does not believe anyone stole it, could have been towed. Assistance Given. At 8:51 a burglary was reported at Olive Glenn Country Club on Meadow Lane Ave. The caller got to work that morning to find that all of the cash drawers are empty. At 2:36 p.m. a caller reported a stray animal 14th St. A Tabby cat was brought into the shelter, they were unable to provide the sex of the cat. Cat remains at shelter. At 6:02 p.m. an officer initiated activity at 12th St/Sheridan Ave. Officer found a lost little boy, brown/brown wearing camo about 4 years old. Assistance Given. At 9:23 p.m. miscellaneous assistance occurred at Cody Area on Sheridan AVE/16th St. The caller, who wishes to remain anonymous, would like to speak w/an officer in regards to harassment issues. Assistance Given. At 10:23 p.m. a reddi report occurred at 9th St/Sheridan Ave. Caller on 9th from Sheridan says that she was following a car that was swerving all over the street. Caller gave the listed plate above. Unable to Locate. *Sunday, December 6, 2015* At 10:56 a.m. a stray animal was brought into the Park County Animal Shelter on Highway 14-16-20 E. Informational: A small tan pit mix was brought in to the shelter from 1643 29th St. At 12:15 p.m. a caller on Sunshine Ave. requests assistance with a deer stuck in a hammock. No rangers were on duty. Assistance Given. At 10:08 p.m. suspicious activity was reported at Buena Vista Ave/Steadman St. Assistance Given. *Powell Police Department * *Friday, December 4, 2015* At 3:20 p.m. at a caller reported that someone was making threats against a woman and her son. Officers determined that this was unsubstantiated. Nothing Found. At 3:40 p.m. a caller on E 1st St. reported that a child could not find her mother and was wandering around a business. An officer responded and took the child home. There was an older sibling that agreed to watch the child. DFS was contacted. Completed. At 5:12 p.m. a caller on E 2nd St. reported that a male had created a disturbance when turned down for a date. An officer responded and stood by until employees had left the building. He searched for the male, but he was gone. Assistance Given. At 10:15 p.m. a caller on Avenue K reported loud music keeping children from sleeping. The caller said this is a common occurrence. An officer responded and located a band that was practicing in a garage. The resident had just formed a new band and asked about noise ordinances. An officer suggested he have his garage insulated and warned him for breach of peace. The officer said the music was good. Warning Issued. At 11:20 p.m. a caller on N Cheyenne St. reported a domestic incident that had occurred the previous evening. The other party had left the residence, but left some belongings behind. The caller did not want to pursue the domestic, but wanted to know the options if the other party returned. An officer responded and spoke with the reporting party. Completed. At 10:36 p.m. a traffic stop occurred at S Mountain View St/W Coulter Ave. John Patrick Wayne Bradish, 32, Powell, was arrested for DWUI, second offense in 10 years, and transported to Park County Jail. See Case. *Saturday, December 5, 2015* At 12:56 a.m. a caller on N Ingalls St. report of a domestic. Officers responded and cited Timothy Alan Dewitz, 47, Powell, for Domestic Battery. At 4:33 p.m. a caller on Avenue J, reported that the Powell Post Office said one of her postal carriers found a First Bank of Wyoming debit card and they will keep it at the front window for the owner to claim on Monday. I called and spoke to the owner. He was given the number to call the post office and give them permission to release it to a family member. He was not aware that it was missing. Dispatch Handled. At 5:53 p.m. a caller on N Bent St. reported that persons living on the middle floor of this large white 3 story house have been loud all day. Caller talked to them before and the problem continues. Caller believes there are least four persons there, two of them who live there and who are not 21, and the caller smelled alcohol so believes they have been drinking. Five subjects were cited for underage drinking. See Case. At 8:25 p.m. a caller on S Bernard St. expressed concern because her sister is having some problems with her boyfriend. She requested that someone go over and check on the sister. Officers responded advised both are okay, they agreed to call it a night and both have been warned for noise (disorderly house) and were told that if we get called back tonight they are going to receive citations. Caller was advised that both are okay. Warning Issued. At 9:13 p.m. a caller on Avenue C called 911 and hung up from a phone number which belongs to a female subject. Upon call back a male answered. Officers responded to make sure all is okay. Officers responded and determined they had a verbal argument and everything is okay. Completed. At 11:27 p.m. a traffic stop occurred at Maverik Store 346, E Coulter Ave. Cale Joseph Ellison, age 30 was arrested for DWUI and transported to PCSO detention center. See Case. *Sunday, December 6, 2015* At 12:25 a.m. a caller on N Ingalls St. reported that a male subject who has trespassed from this residence just forced his way inside her residence. He also broke a window as he left. Officers were unable to locate the suspect. Case will be forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for Charges. See Case. At 2:13 p.m. an officer spoke to subjects on S Day St. regarding a harassing text message, it was found the messages were not harassing in nature and they agreed to no longer exchange text messages. Completed. At 3:09 p.m. officers responded to the area on Avenue H after receiving reports of subjects using drugs. After an investigation, Orrin Christensen, 23 of Cody, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine; and Samantha Downey, 18 of Powell was arrested for Possession of methamphetamine and Interference with a Peace Officer. Both subjects were transported to the Park County Detention Center. See Case. *Park County Sheriff's Office* *Friday, December 4, 2015* At 6:34 a.m. a caller at MP103 Hwy 120 N on Highway 120 N. in Cody reported a Black cow on the road. Caller reportedly almost hit it. Transferred caller to Wyoming Highway Patrol. Assistance Given. At 10:47 a.m. a caller on Pony Trl/Highway 295 in Powell reported there are four horses running at large in the area. They have moved off of the HWY and may be on PONY TRAIL at this time. Assistance Given. At 12:09 p.m. a caller on Stagecoach Trail in Cody reported an animal attack on wild life. The caller is in the lobby. Assistance Given. At 5:19 p.m. a Search & Rescue Call occurred at MP21 Hwy 212 on Highway 212 in Cody. Caller advised a gray Ford Fusion slid off the road at above location. Deputy responded and pulled them out; SAR not needed. Assistance Given. *Saturday, December 5, 2015* At 9:19 a.m. a caller on County Road 6SU in Cody reported that some livestock got into his property.
