Received a report of a stolen cell phone. The case is under investigation. 3:13pm Other Law Violations Occurred on N Clark St., Powell. Received a report of a restraining order violation. The incident is under investigation. 5:18pm Theft Occurred on Gateway Dr., Powell. Received a report of a theft. The case is under investigation. 5:29pm Suspicious Activity Occurred on S Mountain View St., Powell. Received a call that there were two UPS drivers unloading packages into a U-Haul in a parking lot and the caller thought that was suspicious. Officer responded and made contact with the drivers. They advised UPS is utilizing U-Haul vehicles because they are down on UPS vehicles due to mechanical issues. 5:35pm Traffic Stop Officer initiated activity at E Coulter Ave/N Evarts St, Powell. A traffic stop was performed and the driver was issued a citation for no registration. 7:52pm Traffic Stop Officer initiated activity at E 2ND St/N Clark St, Powell. A traffic stop was performed and the driver was issued a warning for broken driver's side taillight. 10:55pm Stolen Vehicle Occurred on N Douglas St, Powell. Received a report of a stolen vehicle.
