Jewell of Cody, 48 was arrested for warrant. Calls: None at this time. At 7:12 a.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Irma Hotel on Sheridan Ave, Cody. Caller believes her car was vandalized yesterday at the above location. At 8:44 a.m. a stray animal was reported at 23rd St. A cat was reportedly stuck in a trap. Cat was taken to the shelter. At 11:40 a.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Big Horn Federal on Stampede Ave. The caller hit another vehicle in the lot. No injuries, no blockage. The caller is in a gray DODGE, and the other vehicle is a white GMC. Assistance given. At 12:17 p.m. parking problem occurred at Harvest Church on Stampede Ave. Caller advised car and camper parked next to the church for sale. Caller would like to speak to an officer about contacting the owner to get them moved. Assistance Given. At 2:36 p.m. a caller on Rumsey Ave. reported an intoxicated female possibly cutting herself as well. Assistance Given. At 4:37 p.m. a caller on Mountain View Dr. reported a 10 year old young male in a blue jacket has been sitting outside his townhouse since the school bus dropped him off. He said he's locked out of house and refused the caller's offer to come inside to her house to stay warm. Assistance Given. At 5:58 p.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Senior Center - Cody on 16th St., Cody. A Maroon Chevy Traverse vs. 2 deer, both still alive. One in park by Christmas lights, the other hobbled into someone’s yard. See Case. At 7:45 p.m. a stray animal was reported at 20th St. The caller reports that MinPin that lives at above address is wandering around the street again. The caller is concerned that it will get struck by vehicle or freeze. *Powell Police Department * At 12:04 p.m. a caller on Avenue H reported on the welfare concern on a dog. An officer responded and spoke with the owner who had the dog in the house and had just let it out briefly. Completed. At 4:40 p.m. civil standby occurred on S Gilbert St. Officers were requested to respond to a residence for a civil standby, so the subject could get their belongings from the residence.
