Calls: 3 At 3:08 a.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Blackburn Ave/Cougar Ave. Caller states that some has knocked down the stop sign at the above intersection. At 4:55 a.m. Suspicious Activity occurred at 14th St/Meadow Lane Ave, Caller states that 2 men in a jeep where in the area of the above area getting out of the vehicle and going up to homes. Assistance Given. At 5:20 a.m. Miscellaneous Assistance occurred at Green Acres Mobile Home Park on Rocky Rd. Caller states that his wife through him out of his home and would like to speak to officer about it. RP is in the lobby of the lec. Assistance Given. At 9:33 a.m. a caller at Cody High School on 10th St advised 17-year-old female left the school this morning without permission. Assistance Given. At 11:09 a.m. Extra Patrol was requested at Ups on Blackburn Ave. Caller is requesting extra patrol over the weekend. Completed. At 12:34 p.m. a caller on River View Dr. reported that she is in lobby and would like to speak with an officer about ex-boyfriend harassing her and wanting a restraining order. Assistance given. AT 2:24 p.m. Suspicious Activity occurred at First Bank Of Wyoming on 8th St.. Branch mgr states, female comes through drive thru and makes some sort of gestures with her hands at tellers, sometimes honks her horn but never stops to speak with any teller. Caller has video footage. Unable to Locate. At 2:34 p.m. a Parking Problem was reported at The Buckin Burger on Sheridan Ave. Caller reported that a vehicle has been parked for last 2 hours in caller's employee parking area in alley, wants it moved. Assistance Given. At 5:17 p.m. a caller at Big Horn Ave./ 17th St. reported Animals on Roadway. Car v deer, no injuries. no damage to vehicle. Completed. At 5:21 p.m. a caller at Y-Tex on Big Horn Ave. reported a fawn has been hit and is still alive in the field beside the above location. At 11:47 p.m. a caller reported a neighbor had a vehicle that was hit and the other vehicle sped off. Big truck, silver 4 door. *Powell Police Department* At 8:04 a.m. an auto burglary occurred on Hawthorne Ct. Caller reported an auto burglary. Officers responded and the case is under investigation. At 11:11 a.m. a theft occurred on S Mountain View St, Powell. Received a report of stolen Christmas yard lights. The case is under investigation. Disposition: See Report. At 11:53 a.m. a stray animal was reported at College Dr/W 5TH St, Powell. The CSO noticed a brown dog running in an alley.The dog was returned to the owner and they were issued a warning for Dog Running at Large and Failure to Obtain Dog License. Warning issued. At 8:17 p.m. a caller reported a noisy animal on Avenue C, Powell. Caller reported a dog at a residence that had been barking non-stop for two hours. An officer responded and spoke with the resident where the dog was located. They advised the dog is visiting for about a week and would put the dog in the garage instead.
