All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * 12/24/15 Sterlin Gilliland, Cody, 41. Arrested for Warrant. 12/24/15 Joseph Rakisits, Cody, 31. Arrested for Simple Assault. 12/24/15 Summer Holdsworth, Cody, 33. Arrested for Simple Assault. 12/26/15 Shelby Cunningham, Jr., Cody 34. Arrested for DWUI-2nd in 10 Yrs., Breach of Peace. 12/26/15 Jeremie Brown, Cody, 36. Arrested for Simple Assault. 12/26/15 Michelle Cauffman, Cody, 63. Careless Driving and Driving Under Suspension. *Total 911 calls – 20* *December 24, 2015* At 2:33 Weapons Offense Occurred at Carter Mountain Motel on Central Ave. Caller states that her boyfriend has a gun and has threatened to kill himself. Assistance Given. At 11:32 a.m. Miscellaneous Assistance Occurred on 29th St. Caller has some additional items that belong to the below listed subjects that were asked to leave her residence. Not sure what she can do with them. Wants to speak w/an officer about the matter. Assistance Given. At 4:37 p.m. a caller on Pioneer Ave. reported that she believes that there are people smoking marijuana. Unfounded. *December 25, 2015 * At 2:17 a.m. a caller on Baker Dr. says that her neighbors, who live in the above apt, are being so loud it's waking her kids up. Nothing Found. At 3:26 p.m. a caller at Wallace H Johnson Group Home on Cougar Ave. reported that a 35 year old female drank 2 bottles (22 oz) of hairspray - refusing to go voluntarily to ER. Assistance Given. At 11:19 p.m. a caller on Canyon Ave. advises she can hear dogs barking. She is concerned that they have been left outside in the cold. Unable to Locate. *December 26, 2015* At 5:14 p.m. caller reported an Intoxicated Subject on 26th St. Female subject was found, she had fallen on the ice. She is very intoxicated. Caller took her to what may be her home, but it unsure. Assistance Given. At 8:56 p.m. a caller at The Buckin’ Burger on Sheridan Ave. reported that her 2004 silver Ford Focus was hit while she was at work. *December 27, 2015* At 3:41 a.m. a caller on 34th St. reported his ex gf, listed below, says he assaulted her during a verbal argument. He says nothing physical happened and they are not intox. Assistance Given. At 4:56 a.m. a Building Burglary occurred at Wild Horse Cafe on West Yellowstone Ave. Caller is missing her safe, deposits from last night and the till money. See Case. At 3:04 p.m. a theft occurred at Bubbas Barbeque on Yellowstone Ave., Cody. Caller reported that a couple left without paying bill last night. Caller has video available. See Case. *Powell Police Department* *December 24, 2015* At 1:49 p.m. a Reddi Report occurred at W Coulter Ave/Road 10, Powell. Received a report of a truck that was being driven all over the road. Officers responded but did not locate the described truck. Gone On Arrival. *December 25, 2015* At 2:08 a.m. an officer initiated activity at W Coulter Ave/Road 10, Powell. A traffic stop was performed and after investigation, Kevin C Thomas, 25, of Greybull, was arrested for DWUI and transported to the Park County Jail. Disposition: See Case. At 10:27 p.m. a caller on E 4th St. reported a party called 911 and said that a male subject is trying to beat everyone up and take his son. She did not know what address they were at, but said they were behind the Middle School. She said the male subject has been drinking. She did not know if he had any weapons or not. Officers responded and cited Evelio Salinas Jr, age 23 for Battery. *December 26, 2015* At 2:50 p.m. a caller on Hamilton Way reported that she had been bitten by a dog while out walking. *December 27, 2015* At 1:52 a.m. a caller on N Douglas St. reported an Auto Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a male entering a vehicle that didn’t belong to them. Officers contacted Chase, Partridge, 21, of Lovell, who was arrested for Criminal Entry and Public Intoxication and transported to the Park
