Dispatch: Slow Tuesday for local law enforcement

(Park County) – Here is the recap of Cody and Powell Police calls for Tuesday, Dec. 29. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* *Arrests:* None. *Calls:* At 1:12 p.m., a caller on Baker Drive reported that a man who had been trespassed from the property was seen there. Police were called again for the same situation at 7:25 p.m. At about 3 p.m., officers were called about a metal Jack in the middle of Big Horn Ave. that was causing a traffic hazard. Police were unable to find anything in the area. At 4:13 p.m., police took a report of an incident between a woman and her ex-husband. *Powell Police Department* *Arrests:* None. *Calls:* At 3:40 p.m., police were notified about a bag of children's toys found in the street at North Gilbert and Kattenhorn. It was place into Lost and Found. At 7:02 police were called to Queens Boulevard for a report of a couple dogs that were outside in the cold without shelter. Police made contact with the owner who said the dogs were only let out for a short time and that they have a kennel if they need it. The officer suggested getting a dog house. At 9:13 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle spinning in a parking lot on East Coulter that ended up spraying gravel onto the caller.
