Mr. Merager goes to Washington: Cody student receives award in DC

(Cody, Wyo.) The Arthritis Foundation will host its annual Advocacy Summit the week of March 14th in Washington, DC, to raise awareness and build congressional support to treat and cure a disease that impacts 50 million adults and approximately 300,000 children in the United States, like 14 year old Mason Merager from Cody, WY. During the Summit, the Arthritis Foundation will take time to honor its top Advocates at the awards dinner. The annual awards highlight the work of volunteers who have performed exceptional service in support of the Foundation’s mission. This year’s awards include the Emerging Leader in Advocacy Award, awarded to Mason for his commitment to promoting the advocacy mission of the Arthritis Foundation. Mason has been involved with the Arthritis Foundation since 2006, and has long been a leader for the children and adults in Wyoming who live with arthritis. #reboot #news
