Dispatch: Four arrests and erratic driving

(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Thursday, January 28, 2016 recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * Jeromie Ballinger, Cody, 19, Arrested for Warrant, Interference with a Peace Officer, Illegal Possession of Controlled Substance and Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Te’hya Knight, Cody, 19, Arrested for Warrant, Britt Adams, Cody, 44, Arrested for Public Intoxication Eva Guerra, Cody, 23, Arrested for Warrant *Cody:* There was a call about an intoxicated subject on Bleistein Ave. caller advised officers that a male has been knocking on their door for over an hour, starting up again while officers were on the phone with the caller, said subject raised his voice. Police responded and arrested Britt Adams for public intoxication. Occurred on D Ave. Caller found that a person had taken his rifle sometime within the past couple of weeks. This person had apparently pawned it because he needed the money, but the caller has gotten the rifle back. *Powell:* Occurred at Division St. Police Received a complaint of a person who was driving north on Division in the wrong lane of traffic and had put their blinker on at about Avenue D but did not turn until they got to the alley entrance at Avenue H and Avenue J. The caller requested an officer just speak with them regarding this incident. An officer responded and made contact with the driver and advised them of the complaint. The driver thought they were driving safely. #reboot #news
