Dispatch: One arrest, assault and robbery

(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Friday, February 5th, 2016 recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * Anthony Preston Laclair Pease 29, arrested for false imprisonment, domestic battery, strangulation of a household member and probation violation. *Cody: * Occurred at Yankee Car Wash. A caller advised she was assaulted and robbed by an unknown male. Occurred at Coldwell Bankers Antlers Realty.A female in vehicle pulled up very close to business door, honked her horn, made all sorts of obscene gestures, then left. Occurred on Alger Ave The caller was on phone for hour with a male who stated that the caller had won third prize in Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes. When this male started asking the reporting party questions about bank & credit card info in addition to wanting info to report to IRS, the caller became suspicious . Caller doesn't think she disclosed any info that they could use to compromise her account, but would like to speak with officer *Powell: * Occurred on N Bent St. Police received a report of a domestic assault. Officers responded and after investigation, Anthony Pease, 29, of Powell was arrested for Domestic Battery and transported to the Park County Jail. Occurred on Avenue G. Officers received a report of missing medication. An officer responded and the case is under investigation. #reboot #news #dispatch
