(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Tuesday, February 9th, 2016 recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * Jay Kebler, Cody, 42, Arrested for DWUI, Careless Driving and No Proof of Liability Insurance Sally Booth, Cody, 55, Arrested for Criminal Trespass *Cody:* Occurred at First Bank Of Wyoming on 8TH St. The caller says that a female, who is trespassed from the property, was at the ATM and is now walking in front of the Sunrise Motor Inn. Resulted in the arrest of Sally Booth, 55 for criminal trespass. *Powell: * An officer initiated activity on E 5TH St, Powell. Received a report of juveniles in the cattle and sheep barns that were messing around. An officer contacted three high school kids. He checked the area and did not find any damage. Occurred on N Clark St. , Powell. Received a report of a disturbing text that had been received. The case is under investigation. Occurred on E Coulter Ave. , Powell. Received a report of a female who had passed out on the inside stairs of a motel and the caller was requesting assistance in getting her to her room.
