Alleged serial burglar pleads not guilty

Lee Allen Turgeon who allegedly burglarized several homes and businesses in the Cody area was advised of the penalties that he would face in three separate charges for burglary yesterday in district court. Turgeon also entered four pleas of not guilty on all of the charges during the arraignment before District Court Judge Steven Cranfill. Turgeon asked for no bond modification in this hearing. Lee Turgeon is currently being held in the Park County Jail under a $35030 bail requirement for four counts of felony burglary and one misdemeanor count of failure to comply. Turgeon was arrested on October 22nd in connection with several burglaries including the theft of $1500 in mostly two dollar bills. #reboot #news
