All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Dahkota Pettet, Cody, 23, Arrested for probation violation. Michael Edward Martin, 45, Arrested for domestic assault Lyndsey Marie Gerlosky, 33 Arrested for unlawful possesion of a controlled substance. *Cody:* A report of suspicious activity occurred at Armed Forces Recruiting Station on 17TH St. A caller reported suspicious behavior at the center. Assistance given. *Powell:* Occurred at Hawthorne Ct. Michael Edward Martin, 45, Powell, was arrested for domestic assault and probation violation. He was transported to the Park County Detention Center Occurred on N Bent St. Report of a chicken running loose. Officer returned the chicken to its home and notified the owner to meet him but the owner did not. Officer will follow up with the owner to obtain a chicken permit Occurred on Meadow Ct. Report that a dog had jumped into the neighbor’s yard and killed a cat resulted in warning for animal running at large and citations for failure to obtain dog licenses and dangerous/vicious animal #reboot #news
