Dispatch: 3 Arrests, door to door salesmen hassling residents

(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * Mandy Rae Steggal, 40, arrested for probation parole violation and possession of a controlled substance. Nicole Elizabeth Jordan, 34, arrested on a warrant Michael Dwight Tracy, 29, arrested for larceny less than $1000 *Cody:* Occurred at Livingston Elementary School on 12TH St. Caller reports subject was on the south west side wearing pajamas hiding by the school not sure what they were doing, headed that way to speak to subjects finally left the area. Believes they may be still in the area driving around. . Occurred on 36TH St, Caller says that his sister attacked him -she attacked their mother this weekend as well he says. . Occurred at Park County Library on Heart Mountain St. Older silver pickup, slide in camper in the back, driver’s door is open, no one is around the vehicle. East side of the parking lot, near north entrance off rec center. Occurred on East Circle Dr. Caller would like to make a formal complaint about the Kirby salesman says they left approx 5 mins ago in a White SUV. Occurred on Bleistein Ave, Kirby salesman going door to door disturbing people. *Powell: * Occurred on N Day St. A resident came in requesting to speak to an officer regarding someone attempting to scam them. The officer advised they would see if they could find anything else out about it. Occurred on Queens Blvd. A brindle colored American Pit Bull, with a white chest and blue collar was reported running stray. The owner was notified and responded to pick it up. Occurred on S Jones St. Officers received information on possible drug activity. After investigation, it was determined to be unfounded. Occurred on N Day St. Officers received a report of a dog at a residence that barks early in the morning and late at night after 10. An officer was advised and responded to the area and listened for the dog. The officer did not hear any dogs barking. Occurred on E Jefferson St. Received a report of a lost Chocolate Lab with a blue collar. The owner called back and advised the dog had been located. Occurred on E 1ST St. Received a report of a theft. Officers responded and after investigation, Michael Tracy, 29, of Cody was arrested for Larceny and transported to the Park County Detention Center. #reboot #news
