How much snow did we get?

(Big Horn Basin) - The brief period of cold and snow has ended, and with that dry and warming conditions will occur this weekend. High pressure will bring dry and warmer temperatures this week. These are the snowfall totals from Wednesday till about noon on Friday. Around the state the heaviest snow fall occurred in the Northern Star Valley area and the northern third of the upper Green River Valley. They received a whopping 4 to 8 inches of snow. The snow fell fast there accumulating at an astounding 2 inches per hour. The snow totals around the Big Horn Basin were not nearly as impressive but we did get a bit. The 26 E Lovell station reported 3 inches total. In Park County Wapiti reported 3 inches. Cody got 0.5 inches of snow and that stuck around for a little while, while Clark and Meeteetse both received 0.3 inches. #reboot #news H/T NOAA
