All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests:* Kelly Garret Skaggs, 31 was arrested for being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs *Cody:* Occurred at Crane Academy on Cougar Ave. The caller advises someone was in the facility overnight. They have video footage of this. The reporting party advises there is no one in the building at this time. . Occurred on Twin Creek Trail Ave, Cody. Caller has questions about this home being listed on Craig's list, they keep listing the house fraudulently. caller has flagged the listing as false, but it keeps coming back. Occurred at Eastside School on 17TH St. A caller reported that a student claimed his mother has been assaulted in a domestic in the recent past. Reporting party would like to speak to an officer. A report of property damage occurred at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. A caller would like to report that the windows on her vehicle were broken out at Walmart. *Powell: * Occurred on N Cheyenne St. , Powell. Received a report of a male in his 20's wearing a black hoodie and black pants that had been asking for money. An officer responded but did not locate the subject. Occurred on N Cheyenne St. , Powell. Received a report of a scam. The officer spoke with the RP and advised them of their options. Occurred on E Coulter Ave. , Powell. Received a report of shoplifting. Officers responded and after investigation, three juveniles were cited for shoplifting. Occurred on S Day St, Powell. Received a report of harassment. An officer spoke with the RP who only wanted this documented at this time and was given some options on how to handle this situation. #reboot #news #dispatch
