(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Tuesday March, 29th, 2016 recap of law enforcement activity weekend in the Cody and Powell areas. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law *Arrests:* None at this time. *Cody:* A child welfare check occurred at Whole Foods Trading on 13TH St. A caller states that 2 small children are playing in the parking lot of the above business. *Powell:* Occurred in the Powell area. Received a report of a lost driver's license sometime in the past week. Occurred on N Absaroka St, Powell. Received a report of a bike that had been abandoned next to a dumpster for a week. An officer responded and placed the bike inside the dumpster because it appeared that is what was intended to be disposed of. Occurred on W 2ND St. , Powell. Received a report of a disturbance involving juveniles. An officer responded and spoke with the juveniles and parents. They were advised to not have any other contact with each other. Occurred on N Absaroka St. , Powell. Received a report of a stray dog at a residence. An officer was able to locate the owner and the dog was returned to them. They were issued warnings for dog running at large and failure to obtain current dog license. Occurred at N Evarts St/E 3RD St, Powell. Received a complaint that a male driver, with head phones on, almost hit the caller in an intersection. The caller advised they would be willing to sign a complaint. An officer responded and searched the area for the described vehicle but could not locate it. Occurred on W Coulter Ave. , Powell. Received a report of a possible altered prescription.
