Weekend storms bolster state snow pack

(Wyoming) The storms over the last weekend had a significant impact on snow totals around the state. Due to the large precipitation totals Wyoming as a whole is at 90% for the state median now. Almost every basin rose significantly and the state gained 6% median snow pack statewide. Last year at this time the state was at 74% decreasing. Conversely, in 2014 snow totals were at 136% statewide and in 2013 we were at 85% statewide.
