All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests:* Brian Parko, Cody, 23, Arrested for Warrant *Cody:* At 8:54 a traffic stop occurred at Big Horn Ave, Cody. Driver warned for speed. 9:24 a.m. an officer initiated activity at Sunset Blvd S/Allen Ave, Cody. Deceased deer. At 10:53 there was a Nuisance Complaint at Central Ave. Reporting person advised neighboring property is a nuisance and fire hazard. Would like to speak to CEO. At 12:37 p.m. an officer initiated activity at 12th St. Cody. Reporting person flagged down officer to report the vehicle below. At 3:38 p.m. an officer initiated activity at Cody Law Enforcement Center, River View Dr, Cody. Driver arrested on a warrant. At 9:38 p.m. on Big Horn Ave, Cody. Reporting person states that her neighbors' dogs have been barking for several hours. *Powell, WY* At 12:01 p.m. an Auto Burglary occurred on Avenue E. Received a report of an auto burglary. An officer responded and the case is under investigation. 12:54 p.m. a Reddi Report occurred on N Ingalls St. Received a report of a subject who drove off from a residence and was intoxicated. Officers responded and searched for the described vehicle, but could not locate it. Unable to Locate. at 3:28 p.m. a traffic stop was made at E Coulter Ave/S Clark St. A traffic stop was performed and the driver was issued a warning for speeding in a school zone. At 10:10 p.m. a Trespass Complaint occurred on E Coulter Ave. Received a request for a Criminal Trespass be served on a subject. An officer responded and the person was served the trespass notice.
