(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the Wednesday, April 6th - Thursday, April 7th 2016 recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests:* *Timothy Dawe*, Cody, 67, Arrested for DWUI – 2nd Offense W/In 10 Yrs. *Jessica Baily*, Cody, 31, Probation Violation. *Cale Ellison*, 30, booked on Thursday. Charges unknown at this time. *Tyler Tracey*, 34, felony Probation Revocation Warrant. 911 Calls: 3 *Wednesday, April 6; Cody* At 11:50 a.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Cody High School on 10th St. RP advised 2 vehicle fender bender in the senior lot. At 2:14 p.m. an officer initiated activity at Peake Ave. Possibly aggressive dog at the above location, speak to animal owner regarding the aggression. Assistance Given. At 2:28 p.m. Fraud Related occurred at Cody Area on Sheridan Ave/16th St. The reporting person's credit card company advises that a credit card was taken out in his name with an address in Cody. The reporting person would like for an officer to call him. Unable to Assist. At 2:32 p.m. a Stolen Vehicle was reported on Stampede Ave, Cody. Reporting person reported her vehicle was stolen from her garage. At 4:07 p.m. a theft occurred on East Carter Ave, Cody. Reporting person would like to report the theft of tools from an old barn in her backyard. At 6:19 p.m. an Animal Call occurred at AmericInn on Yellowstone Ave. Reporting person, desk clerk, is reporting that a brownish colored long haired cat is lying by the front door and that is has some sort of injury to its chest. At 6:21 p.m. a Motor Vehicle Crash occurred at Cody Country Chamber Of Commerce on Sheridan Ave. Someone hit RP's vehicle while it was parked in the dirt lot btwn 6:30 and 11:30am today - damage to p/s lower rear by mud flap. *Wednesday, April 6; Powell* At 9:08 a.m. there was a domestic that was reported in the Powell Area on S Absaroka St/E Coulter Ave. Dispatch received a call from a female, who was crying and sounds of a domestic in the background. Officers checked several residences looking for the female and could not locate her. She called back later and said she pocket dialed and refused to speak with an officer. Nothing Found. At 2:57 p.m. an Animal Call occurred on Avenue K. Received a complaint of built up manure in a back yard. The Community Service Officer left a warning for the resident to clean up the manure and compost. Warning Issued. At 5:29 p.m. an officer initiated activity at E 1st St. An officer was flagged down. He spoke with a female regarding a custody dispute between the woman and her child’s father. She was advised she will have to go to court regarding custody and visitation. Completed. *Thursday, April 7; Cody* At 11:27 a.m., a caller on Salsbury Avenue reported two vehicles that had been abandoned in front of their residence for more than six months. Neither vehicle had license plates. A warning was issued to a subject at 8:26 p.m. following a complaint of loud music coming from a shop on 31st Street. Police provided assistance to a Cody man whose 15-year-old daughter was hanging hanging out with a 22-year-old boyfriend. *Thursday, April 7; Powell* At 1:55 a.m. an Officer initiated activity at W Coulter Ave/S Absaroka St. A traffic stop was made. The driver was having difficulty with a manual transmission. The vehicle was parked and the driver was given a ride home. Assistance Given. #reboot #news
