All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* Colby Larsen, of Cody, age 18 was Arrested for Driving While Under Suspension. Robert House, of Cody, age 26, was Arrested for Evading-Eluding Police officer and DUS. *Cody Calls: * At 12:19 a.m. a Welfare Check occurred on 16th St. Reporting person made 3rd report said subject has been drinking for a week and talking negative about himself. Cancelled. At 9:55 a.m. there was a Trespass Complaint which occurred at Cody Laundromat on Beck Ave. Reporting person is in the lobby and would like to speak with an officer about some thefts from the laundromat. Assistance Given. At 10:21 a.m. a noisy animal complaint occurred on 19th St. Reporting person states that the dog at this location has been barking for about three hours. Warning Issued. At 3:19 p.m. a Child Welfare call occurred at Livingston Elementary School on 12th St. Reporting person who wishes to remain anonymous says the listed vehicle drove off with a baby in the lap of the mother who was up front. *Powell Calls:* At 1:20 p.m. a report of Property Damage occurred on Avenue F. Officers took a report of a shed that had been damaged. Completed. At 1:50 p.m. an Animal Call occurred on Avenue K. Dispatch received a report of chickens running loose in the area. The owner was contacted and issued a warning for failure to obtain a chicken permit. Warning Issued. #reboot #news
