Assistance Given. 8:53 Animal Call occurred on Cougar Ave. Reporting person says that when she was in the bathroom she could hear a man's voice yell at her dog to get down and when her dog came in it appears to have a stab wound in its face. Assistance Given. At 2:41 p.m. a Welfare Check occurred at Cody Country Art League on Sheridan Ave. Reporting person says there is a male in his late 20's wearing cowboy boots, black sweat pants and a psychedelic shirt w/a hospital arm band loitering for the past 90 mins inside the art league. At 8:11 p.m. a Domestic occurred at GOOD2GO - Yellowstone Ave on Yellowstone Ave. Black Older Chevy Blazer - male and female in an verbal altercation. Small children in the vehicle.
