Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is Friday's recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Cody Police Department* *Arrests:* *Daniel A. Shinost*, 21, Powell, Warrant. *Calls:* In the early morning hours of Thursday, an officer was flagged down by a woman on Big Horn Avenue who was locked out of her residence. The officer assisted. A caller on Carter Avenue complained to police that her neighbor's tree was shedding pine cones and needles all over her yard. On Thursday evening, a couple separate individuals reported receiving harassing and threatening phone calls and emails. *Powell Police Department* *Calls:* At 1:57 p.m., police were called to the alley between N. Bent and E. First for a report of an unattended baby stroller in the middle of the alleyway. The mysterious stroller was gone when officers arrived. A report of money stolen from a location on S. Bent Street came in around 4:15 p.m. The report is under investigation. At 7:45 p.m., police were called to Avenue H where a local discovered a crying two-year-old alone in a car. There was no one else around. PPD reports that the mother was contacted and the case is under investigation. #reboot #news
