(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – Here is the weekend dispatch recap of law enforcement activity in the Cody and Powell area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests: * Jose Ordenez-Aguilar, Vannuys, CA, 39, Arrested for Public Intoxication Jacey Johnson, 35, of Powell was arrested for Domestic Battery and taken to the Park County Detention Center. *April 15th Cody Calls:* At 7:56 a.m. fraud activity occurred at US Bank on Beck Ave. On 4/11 someone was able to withdraw money from two of reporting person's bank accounts. Assistance Given. At 11:51 a.m. Miscellaneous Assistance occurred at Chadwick Vet Hospital on Big Horn Ave. Reporting person would like to speak w/C11 about male who's bringing his dog to be vaccinated because it bit someone. Assistance Given. At 5:07 p.m. a caller at Wal-Mart on Yellowstone Ave. reported that she left her purse in the shopping cart when she left the store. See Case. *April 15th Powell Calls: * At 3:31 p.m. an officer initiated activity at N Ingalls St/E 7th St. Officer observed juvenile boys throwing rocks at each other and advised them not to do this. Warning Issued. *April 16th Cody Calls:* At 7:21 a.m. a complain of trespass occurred on 14th St. Reporting person would like a female subject to leave her home. Assistance Given. At 12:04 p.m. there was a report of noisy animals on North St. Reporting person says that at the above address is 3-5 dogs and one barks continuously from about 8a-10p, it's been an ongoing problem. Informational. At 9:14 p.m. a disturbance occurred on 14th St. Subjects are separated. The reporting person was in a verbal altercation with the below listed female. The female made threats involving a weapon but she does not have a weapon on her at this time. The RP is outside and will stay outside until officers arrive. The other half is in her bedroom in the house. See Case. *April 16th Powell Calls: * At 9:15 a.m. a Welfare Check occurred in, Powell. Reporting party is concerned because his wife just left the house upset. The responding officer spoke to The Reporting Party and while there, the wife called and is going to Billings for the day, all is fine at this time. Assistance Given. At 11:34 a report of an animal bite occurred on Wood St. Report of a dog bite to the child of the dog’s owner. Dog was a boxer, and is current on shots, the situation was dealt with by the family. Completed. *April 17th Cody Calls: * At 10:43 a.m. Miscellaneous Assistance occurred at Cody Law Enforcement Center on River View Dr. Reporting person would like to speak w/officers in regards to a class he is teaching for the Dept. of Homeland Security. Assistance Given. At 4:21 p.m. Miscellaneous Assistance occurred at River View Dr/9th St. Black FORD PU broke down in the middle of the road. Assistance Given. At 10:13 p.m. domestic occurred on Central Ave. The reporting person advises her sister was involved in a physical altercation about an hour ago. She advises her sister left the home, but does not know where the victim is currently located, she was supposed to be going to a hotel. Unable to Assist. *April 17 Powell Calls: * At 7:53 a.m. an officer initiated activity at N Gilbert St/E 8th St. Officer found a black coat in middle of the road, covered in blood.
