Cody man gets prison time for federal meth and firearms crimes

Erik Kane Sehnert, 39, of Cody, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on May 16, 2016, for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and for carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Sehnert received 90 months imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $1,000.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. #reboot #news
