P.E.A.K.S. to CONGA Bike Ride from Cody to Shell Will Benefit Cancer Patients in Bighorn Basin

(Bighorn Basin, Wyo.) – You're invited to join the 6th annual P.E.A.K.S. to Conga bicyclists’ fundraiser on Saturday, June 25, 2016. The ride starts from the Absaroka Bicycle shop in Cody at 7 am and ride the 68 miles to Shell, Wyo. Remember you can ride some or the entire route, thus the Conga line! This is still a FULLY supported ride. Just bring your bike, spare tube, helmet, water bottle & sunscreen. They will have SAG vehicles along the way with snacks, water & technical assistance when needed. All of the funds raised will go to PEAKS (People Everywhere Are Kind & Sharing) to Conga which provides immediate, short term, gas and grocery assistance to local cancer patients experiencing financial hardship. Last year, PEAKS to Conga provided over $10,000 in assistance to cancer patients from all over the Big Horn Basin. There will be food trucks selling lunches & post-ride massages so don’t forget to bring cash! Feel free to bring a change of clothes to throw in one of the SAG vehicles.
