Jake Clark’s Mule Days is happening all weekend

(Powell, Wyo.) – It’s Father’s Day weekend, and there’s a lot happening at the Jake Clark’s Mule Days in Ralston at Big Boulder Ranch. This event was established in 1997 and highlights the diverse ability of the American Saddle Mule. The mule is coming into great popularity as an animal that is great to use on trails, in the mountains and on the ranch and arena. Check out the full schedule of events below: *Friday, June 17* - 8 am: Trail Course—Required for All AUCTION Mules - 3 pm: Ranch Mule Competition - 5pm: Meet & Greet Consignors & their Mules At the Stall Area - 6pm: Calcutta - Rodeo's "Wild Ride" Contestants and Auction MULE #'s 0-9...payoff for high selling mules...#'s represent sale mule's ending number - 6pm: Merchandise, Tack & Art Auction (Donations & Proceeds go toward Cody Country Outfitters and Wyoming 4-H Foundation-Jake Clark's Mule Days Scholarship Fund *Saturday, June 18* - 11am: Parade Theme: “Flags of the World” Display your flag or flags - 1pm: RODEO Bring your own chairs- limited bleachers Admission: $10, FREE Admissions for 80 & over & kids under 8yo - 5pm: Rib Eye Steak/Hamburger Dinner with all the fixin’s - 6 pm: Awards Ceremony—Big Barn - 7-12pm: Live Band and Barn Dance.
