Eat, Drink, Be Merry and Get 20% Off at Scandia Down's Holiday Party

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Thanksgiving has come and gone, and now we are in the season of lights, loved ones and gift giving.

On Thursday, December 1 from 3 - 7 p.m., Scandia Down on Town Square is throwing a Holiday Party to kick off the season of giving. The free party includes a little bubbly, some delicious treats from Persephone, and 20% off of everything in the store. On top of that, there will be free gifts with purchase, as well as raffles and giveaways for party guests.

"The party is an appreciation to my customers,” said Barbara Herrick, owner of Scandia Down. “It's just a fun time to socialize with your friends, enjoy the season and get started on your holiday shopping.”

Scandia Down is known for its luxurious down comforters, soft sheets and plush towels, but that is just the beginning of what they offer for holiday gifts. You can find the perfect gift for everyone on your list from your newborn nephew to the family matriarch.

The store carries beautiful alpaca and cashmere scarves, as well as cashmere shawls. They offer sleepwear like nightgowns and pajamas, fleecy and cashmere bathrobes, and fun felt slippers. For the bath lover, Scandia Down carries a wide variety of bath and body items that everybody loves. There is an entire wall of the store dedicated to the littlest one on your list, with baby and toddler items that will comfort them throughout the chilly winter. The list goes on to include wonderful candles, trendy jewelry, and adorable travel and makeup bags.

“There is something for every loved one on your list as well as price points that anyone in the community can afford,” Herrick added.

Scandia Down has been on Town Square for 29 years and throws this party each year to thank the community for its continuous support.

Join Scandia Down on Thursday, December 1 to celebrate the season and get a head start on your holiday giving. The party is free and open to the community.
