Black Dog Animal Rescue of Cheyenne reaches $20,000 fundraising goal

Black Dog Animal Rescue of Cheyenne, the largest privately operated animal rescue in Wyoming, held its fourth annual Bark and Wine fundraising event earlier this month to help raise funds for the rescue shelter, and this was its most successful year yet. Their fundraising goal of $20,000 was successfully reached through this event with their ticket sales and other donations, according to BDAR's office administrator. The majority of these funds go toward helping Wyoming's homeless pets and pet owners by providing life-saving vaccinations, enrichment programs for the dogs, and spay or neuter surgeries for homeless pets.
